Our programs support children and young people aged 12-24 years, all with case work support and coordination of other services in the drug and alcohol, mental health, justice, healthcare and education sectors. Each solution is tailored to the needs of the young person and their family, with outcomes-focused case management that is responsive, informed and practical.
