Phoenix Youth Hub, is dedicated to empowering young people in Sydney's North. We provide centre-based, school-based, and case management support within a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment.
Phoenix Youth Hub's diverse range of programs support young people to stay connected, engaged, and confident in their education and community. Through our programs we help young people overcome challenges that may impact their learning or social participation.
Our team works alongside each individual to build life skills, boost confidence, and create pathways to education, training, and employment. We’re here to empower young people to reach their goals and thrive both in and beyond school.
