At Phoenix House, we are dedicated to empowering young people aged 12-25 in the northern suburbs through a range of innovative and supportive programs at our community centre.

Case Management

Our specialised case management service offers tailored support to young people navigating complex challenges. Our experienced case managers work closely with each individual to develop a Personalised plan, connect them with relevant services and support their journey.

Counselling

We offer therapeutic counselling services that include both individual and family sessions. Our qualified counsellors provide a safe and supportive environment for young people to explore their emotions, manage stress, navigate challenges, and build stronger family relationships.

Life Skills

We offer support to help young people enhance their life skills and address new challenges. Through guidance, advice, and group activities, we foster self-empowerment, expression, and personal growth. Our approach helps young people build resilience, boost confidence, and develop the skills necessary to successfully navigate life's transitions.

Learning

We provide support for young people needing assistance to remain engaged with their education. Our flexible, personalised programs for Years 10-12 are tailored to meet individual needs and goals, whether that involves continuing within the traditional education system or exploring alternative pathways.

Employment

Our employment program prepares young people for the workforce by offering job readiness training, resume building, interview preparation, and work experience opportunities. We strive to empower young people with the skills and confidence needed to secure and maintain meaningful employment.
