Golf Day to help Sydney’s Homeless Children and Young People

Taldumande Youth Services is holding a Golf Day fundraising event to help homeless children and young people in Sydney aged 12 to 21.

COVID-19 has seen an unprecedented increase in the number of vulnerable and homeless young people needing the services of Taldumande Youth Services and to meet this demand, we need your help. We are holding a Golf Day to keep the services running that are not Government funded, like the Family Preservation and Restoration Program. This program sees case managers work with young people and their families to avoid family breakdown or resulting homelessness. This high demand program is highly successful in keeping families together during these difficult times.

The Golf Day on November 6 at Oatlands Golf Course kicking off with a light breakfast at 8am and finishing with a lunch and auction between 1pm and 3pm. Individual and Corporate Tickets are available as well as various Sponsorship opportunities, all of which are fully tax deductible. For more information or to register, download and complete this Golf Day Rego form

Taldumande Youth Services recently featured in the SBS television series Filthy, Rich and Homeless and saw Comedian Ciaran Lyons enter one of our crisis accommodations houses. Ciaran who after participating in the social justice television program is now a Taldumande Youth Services Ambassador and will be at the Golf Day to talk about his experience.
